I'm an existing client, how should I order additional services?
Existing clients should login to the Client Area of the site. After you login please click the link that says order additional services. This will allow you to manage all of your services under one login, and you won't have to enter in all of your details from scratch.

Selecting a package? 
You'll want to select a package first. Review the plans features on our hosting page to determine a plan that meets your requirements.

What are my domain options? 
You should determine whether you want to register a new domain, or use an existing one. If you are registering a new domain, please select that option. If you have an existing domain, you'll want to finish the ordering process and then after you login, transfer your content and email accounts, you should change your dns servers to the ones we will provide you in your welcome email. At this point your domain should resolve to our servers. Visit our Domain Registration and Management Services page for more domain information.

What are Account Addons? 
Account addons are additional services or products that you can order to enhance you services with us. For example, you may wish to purchase additional bandwidth or diskspace. You may wish to purchase our Above and Beyond support services or SSL certificates.

Account Information? 
We use advanced and agressive anti-fraud technologies that allow us to verify orders and activate accounts immediately. As soon as your payment is processed you'll be automagically sent your account information immediately. So even if you decide to order service at 4:00am in the morning, by 4:01am you should be logged in using your service. Yes, it's that fast!

Fraud Prevention? 
We utilize the latest technologies in fraud prevention and detection. If you are in the process of committing fraud by using identity theft or stolen financial information, we will not process your transaction and we will contact the FBI IFCC, your Internet Service Provider, and your local law enforcement agencies.
